Currently being at a pre academy we needed a mid week training session that supports jacks progress / steps ensuring the training is of a high intense level but ultimately an additional sessions he enjoys to keep him focused I can honestly say the coaching is to a very high level and the training / testing (sprints/ bleep testing) on offer is off the charts to what it offers jack and is showing in all his football."

"Damon only started with Rob at Ultimate Pro this year in late June(2024) after a recommendation from a friend. Despite Damon only properly starting up football in December "23. The progression from when he started at UP to now has been nothing short of fantastic. Not only has UP taught Damon the basics from control of the ball all the way to shooting but most importantly his stamina. His speed has also gradually increased. Rob at UP also has phenomenal state of the art equipment that is used to monitor each and every player. Data is saved so you can witness the progress yourselfs. Finally, not forgetting the other two coaches on staff, Harvey and Rees. Both are massively important to the running of UP. The dedication they show to the players has to be applauded and Damon absolutely loves going to the sessions. Lastly not to forget, UP also runs Holiday Clubs during all school holidays terms which Damon signs up for everytime. A massive thank you to you all at ULTIMATE PRO."

He has had opportunity to train 1:1 and in group sessions, the group sessions in particular have helped as he has been able to train with older players which has helped develop his strength. "Kian has been coming to Ultimate Pro for over 18 months and has massively developed his game from coming to here. Kian's improved on his left foot, scanning, speed of thought and running speed and reaction timings through the use of the speed testing gates and blaze pods to help with his reactions. Honestly I can't recommend Ultimate Pro high enough for their attention to detail and how much Kian's performances on the pitch have improved, every child who is serious about their football should come here you won't regret it."
